It’s been a long time coming but the dream of having an actual Willowdale Pottery showroom has been realized. The new pottery showroom will be open on April 23, 2022, from 1-8:00pm for the first time!

Willowdale Pottery will only exchange items.  We do not offer refunds for work made for special order or in store/online store purchases.  All of our work is hand made and one-of-a-kind.  We have a 30-day exchange policy.  Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for another piece of pottery.

Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance cost of the returned item to be exchanged, plus the cost of shipping and insurance for the new replacement item.

It is best to reuse the shipping box and packing material that was used for the inital shipment.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in it’s original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Take photographs of the package and item condition.  Save the packaging for inspection by shipper when claim is processed.
